About Us

Our Mission
Texas Ballstars strives to be the leader in sports development and training for your youth – For that statement to be correct, we have assembled some the best minds in Central Texas (and beyond) so that no matter what sport your athlete selects, you have confidence in knowing that each “coach” comes highly recommended. Each person on staff has the aptitude and drive to have their own independent business, but they chose to be a part of Texas Ballstars because of the level of outreach and our commitment to excellence. We have a vast network of contacts, so we can travel from the Panhandle to the Valley in this great state of Texas and be able to host an event and have the necessary turnout for it to be successful. Texas Ballstars success emanates from relationships that are formed/ built between athlete/ coach and parent/ coach (We encourage parental participation!!!!) – Texas Ballstars is the organization where athletes are molded for success!
Texas Ballstars offers competitive training for both, girls & boys ages 6-18. We offer individual, group, and team classes ALL YEAR ROUND.

News Flash!
The verbally committed University of Texas junior from Pflugerville High School, Nneka Enemkpali is fueled by many things…
She is fueled by hard work: Last year in the State playoffs Enemkpali suffered an ACL tear that had many wondering when she would return to the court and how effective would she be upon that return— Nneka, in her first four games back from her injury averaged 16pts a contest and 8 rebounds. Last week in the first round of the 2010 playoffs, she respectively had 17pts and 16 rebounds, then followed that up with 12pts and 18 rebounds…. She fueled by dedication: Nneka's rehab was grueling and difficult, but with the goal of returning to State (lost to Wagner in the 3rd round) coupled with the ambitions of being a major force in women's division I basketball, she answered the call! Constantly wondering , “ when is the next time we are going to train?” or “ I need to work more on that so that I can perfect it!” - In all of the training sessions we have had, Nneka missed only two (one was she ate too much and knew that she would have “lost her lunch”)-
To sum it up, she is fueled by Nneka! This kid’s passion is to be the best, period! Others who have been hurt with a “lessor” injury have not improved their game during the downtime; she worked on strength, conditioning, and developed a touch with a 15-20 foot jumpshot, WITH BOTH HER LEFT AND RIGHT HAND!
There are many young ladies that will look at Nneka and want to be like her—her raw, natural athleticism is unmatched… but everything else, any young dedicated ballplayer has; the keys will be to NEVER think you’re the best, even when you are; Never stop working on being better than best; and Never settle for less than what your owed!
I hope this encourages many future “Nneka’s” to get in the gym and work Texas Ballstars is proud to continually refine this gem of a young lady by the name of Nneka Enemkpali!
